Lee Chang-dong (4 Temmuz 1954 doğumlu) Güney Koreli bir film yönetmeni, senarist ve romancıdır. 2008 Asya Film Ödülleri'nde Özel Yönetmen Ödülü'nü kazandı ve Altın Aslan ve Altın Palmiye'ye aday gösterildi. Lee, 2003'ten 2004'e kadar Güney Kore Hükümeti'nde Kültür ve Turizm Bakanı olarak görev yaptı.
