Tuncer Yalinkilic was born in 1970 in Karacadag Mahhalesi, Kulu district of Konya. He graduated from ITU Faculty of Chemistry-Metallurgy, Department of Materials and Metallurgy. Since 2007 he has been living in Germany. He has participated in various concerts and events in Istanbul and Germany. He is the founder and director of Zarokên Aram Tîgran Children's Choir. He has his own music group. He has video clips of his compilations and compositions of traditional Kurdish music. He has an ongoing CD project. He is planning concert organizations in order to bring his work to more audiences.
