1. Your electronic ticket permits admission to the event.
2. It is not permitted to copy the electronic tickets, or give a copy to third parties. A unique identifying code (bar-code) is printed on the electronic ticket, and guarantees admission for one single entry to the event. If you pass your electronic ticket and unique identifying code to third parties, your own admission to the event will be forfeited.
3. If you encounter any kind of difficulties – for example, your unique identifying code is unreadable, or your electronic ticket becomes physically damaged, or other similar cases - you should contact one of the special ticket-return locations or ticketdesks indicated on website at mticket.com.tr. In case you willfully left the border checkpoints, the ticket becomes invalid and non-refundable.
4. Checking your electronic ticket and admission to the event take place in accordance with the rules set by the organizers or venue administration. While your electronic ticket is being scanned we recommend you keep an ID document to hand, and keep it while the validity of your ticket is confirmed.
5. Ticket for return and exchange is not subject to. The price of your electronic ticket can be refunded only in case the event is canceled according to the advertised conditions. The cost of service fees or other adding changes and seller's transaction expenses connected with the issue of your ticket cannot be refunded.

7. Sound and lighting in the venue may cause temporary hearing problems.
8. Event tickets should only be purchased from official selling points determined by the promoter. The promoter has a right to not allow the ticket holder if the ticket is not purchased from an official selling point.
9. The venue has a right to not allow any person if they seem unsuitable for the event, audience who are not allowed will receive a refund.
10. Pets, food, drinks and medical drugs are not allowed in the venue.
11. It is not allowed to enter the venue with laser pointers and any tools that are flammable, explosive (deodorant, spray, perfume etc.) and sharp.
12. It is not allowed to record during the event. Professional audio and video tools (video camera, selfie sticks and GoPro sticks etc.) are not allowed in the venue.
13. Venue and promoter reserve the right to use the photos and videos of audience for promotional matters and the audience accepts the use of this right by participating in the event.
14. Promoter reserves the right to change the program and ticket prices.
