Pickaseat: GEN-Z Entertainment GmbH, the online ticket service pickaseat.com, Pickaseat's mobile ticket services used on mobile phones, tablets, and similar electronic platforms, and/or kiosks at venues associated with this service.

"User": Refers to the person who visits Pickaseat and/or purchases a ticket.

"Service": Refers to the purchase of tickets by the user through Pickaseat.

Service Fee

The service fees set by Pickaseat for ticket sales are determined based on agreements between the person, institution, or organization selling the tickets and Pickaseat. In this case, a service fee is charged for each ticket processed by Pickaseat, which is deducted from or added to the ticket price. By purchasing a ticket from Pickaseat, the user agrees to pay these fees, which may be added to the ticket price.

Additional Security Measures for Payments

To ensure maximum security for payments and prevent malicious attempts, Pickaseat has established additional security measures for payments. By accepting the terms of use and privacy policy, you also agree to these measures.

For all online ticket purchases made through Pickaseat, it is mandatory to use the 3D-Secure system and make payments through this channel.

Relevant Institutions, Cancellations, Postponements, and Refunds

Pickaseat sells tickets on behalf of individuals, institutions, or organizations with which agreements have been made. Pickaseat does not provide specific guarantees, including manufacturer guarantees or guarantees for the average quality of the services provided, except to a limited extent. The website and its content are provided "as is."

In accordance with the ticket sales policies and the agreements made with the authorized persons, institutions, or organizations, Pickaseat is not responsible for the refund of the price of a sold ticket or any service fee.

The authorized person, institution, or organization may choose not to provide the service to the user or to postpone it for various reasons. Pickaseat is not responsible for the failure of the service in any case. In such cases, you must contact Pickaseat for detailed information.

Tickets not used on the specified date and time are invalid, and Pickaseat cannot refund or change the ticket price or service fee. Pickaseat cannot request a refund for unused tickets on the specified date and time. However, the relevant information and updates provided by the person, institution, or organization regarding the cancellation or postponement of the event will be communicated to the user through Pickaseat.

In case of late arrival at the event, Pickaseat is not responsible for granting the user access to the venue under any circumstances.

Except for special regulations for state theaters, state opera and ballet, and concerts of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, refunds are not processed through Pickaseat unless there are force majeure circumstances. Force majeure circumstances include the cancellation and/or change of events, adverse weather conditions confirmed by authorities, disasters, strikes, lockouts, war, terrorist activities, technical malfunctions at the venue, and subsequent changes in the officially designated "age group" for the event.

If you cannot use your ticket for any reason other than force majeure or event cancellation, you can contact Pickaseat no later than 2 hours before the event.

For state theaters, state operas and ballets, and concerts of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, tickets can be refunded up to 48 hours before the event without any reason. (Refunds for tickets purchased by logging into the MEMBERSHIP area can be made by clicking the CANCEL option in the MY TICKETS area 48 hours before the event. Refund requests for tickets purchased without logging into the membership must be sent by email to info@pickaseat.de 48 hours before the event. The cancellation/refund procedure applies to tickets purchased online and not printed at the box office.)

Pickaseat's partners, employees, or content providers, along with Pickaseat, cannot be held responsible for errors, unintentional negligence, disruptions, or lack of information on Pickaseat, regardless of the cause or duration, or for damages resulting from the user's exposure to interruptions or delays. These organizations or individuals assume no liability for damages or losses to third parties, punitive damages, or indirect damages.

Age Restrictions and Discounted Tickets

By purchasing tickets through Pickaseat, the user confirms compliance with the age restrictions applicable to the event. For ticket purchases with age restrictions, identification is required at the venue.

If discounted tickets are available for the event and the user selects the option for a discounted ticket, the user agrees to and is committed to complying with the conditions for the discounted ticket. Identification is required at the venue for discounted tickets.

User Relationships

Pickaseat is not responsible for the failure, error, cancellation, or delay of events, communication interruptions, or damages or losses caused by computer viruses. The user acknowledges that Pickaseat cannot be held responsible for inappropriate and aggressive behavior or insults by other users. Pickaseat reserves the right to terminate the membership of users who do not adhere to general moral principles and social rules; however, users are themselves responsible for any damages that may arise from such relationships.

Intellectual Property Rights

Pickaseat contains information and materials, including texts, photos, graphics, and audio music, which are partially subject to copyright by Pickaseat or third parties.
