        Biography

        İngiliz oyun ve senaryo yazarıdır. II. Dünya Savaşı döneminde yetişen Wesker, bağımsız ve özgünlüğü ön planda tutan eserleriyle dikkat çeker. İşçi sınıfı ailesi ve kendi yaşamından edindiği tecrübeleri oyunlarına yansıtmış ve sorgulayıcı, iddialı aksiyonlarıyla tiyatroyu besleyen bir düşünür olarak da kabul görmüştür.

        Arnold Wesker, insanların sıradanlaştırılmasını “Lilliputlaştırma” terimiyle ifade etmiş ve buna daima karşı bir tavır takınmıştır. 50’nin üzerinde eseri mevcuttur.
