Biography8 Mart 1986 yılında Trabzon’da dünyaya gelen Cemil Şahin, Kahramanmaraş’ta büyümüştür. Çukurova Üniversitesi mezunudur. İlk oyunculuk denemesini 2010 yılında Arka Sokaklar dizisinde konuk oyuncu olarak yaptı. 2012 yılında İşler Güçler dizisinde Cavit karakterini canlandırdı. 2013 yılında Düğün Dernek adında ilk defa bir filmde rol aldı. Asıl dönüm noktasını 2014-2015 yıllarında Kardeş Payı dizisindeki Pompacı Kartal tiplemesiyle çok fazla hayran kazanarak yaşadı. 2015 yılı içerisinde Düğün Dernek 2: Sünnet ve Kaçma Birader adlı filmlerde oynadı. 2016 yılında Olaylar Olaylar filminde oynadı.
