BiographyOktay Dal (d. 1962), Türk tiyatro ve dizi oyuncusu.
1962'de doğdu. 1986'da Ankara Üniversitesi Dil ve Tarih-Coğrafya Fakültesi Tiyatro Bölümü'nden mezun oldu. Aynı yıl açılan sınavla Ankara Devlet Tiyatrosu sanatçılığına başladı. Üç yıl Ankara'da görev yaptıktan sonra Bursa Devlet Tiyatrosu'na tayin edildi. Yedi yıl görev yaptığı Bursa'dan sonra tekrar Ankara'ya döndü.
Hâlen Ankara Devlet Tiyatrosu sanatçı kadrosunda görev almaktadır. Tiyatro aktörlüğünün yanı sıra çeşitli dizi filmlerde oynamış ve seslendirme çalışmaları yapmıştır.
