        Candidate Clarification Text

        1. PURPOSE

        Pursuant to Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (" PDPL "), BİLETİNİAL BİLET BASIM VE DAĞITIM ANONİM ŞİRKETİ ("Data Controller") has the obligation to inform the relevant persons about the processing processes of the personal data of the relevant person, transfer to third parties, collection methods, legal reasons and their rights under Article 11 of the PDPL.

        With this Candidate Clarification Text ("Clarification Text"), you will be informed about the above issues.

        2. SCOPE

        This Clarification Text covers the information regarding the processing of personal data of persons who apply for a job to the Data Controller via www.biletinial.com.

        3. DEFINITIONS AND GENERAL INFORMATION

        PDPL refers to the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.

        Personal data refers to any information belonging to an identified or identifiable natural person. In this context, all information that identifies the person such as name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address is personal data. Personal data relating to race, ethnic origin, political opinion, philosophical belief, religion, sect or other beliefs, appearance and dress, membership to associations, foundations or trade unions, health, sexual life, criminal conviction and security measures, and biometric and genetic data are sensitive personal data. You are not obliged to transmit your sensitive personal data to the data controller. The evaluation of your sensitive personal data in the nomination process is subject to your explicit consent.

        Processing of personal data refers to all kinds of operations performed on personal data such as obtaining, recording, storing, preserving, modifying, reorganizing, disclosing, transferring, taking over, making available, classifying or preventing the use of personal data by fully or partially automatic means or by non-automatic means provided that it is part of any data recording system. In this context, for example, processing your information in recruitment processes is data processing.

        Data Controller refers to the natural or legal person who determines the purposes and means of processing personal data and is responsible for the establishment and management of the data recording system.

        Data subject refers to the natural person whose personal data is processed. For example, an employee candidate or third parties to whom he/she transmits his/her information is the data subject.

        It is prohibited to process personal data without the explicit consent of the data subject ("Art. 5/1"). However, it is necessary for the protection of the life or physical integrity of the person who is unable to give his/her consent due to actual impossibility or whose consent is not legally valid ("art.5/2-a"), it is necessary for the protection of the life or physical integrity of the person himself/herself or of another person ("art.5/2-b"), it is necessary to process the personal data of the parties to a contract, provided that it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract ("art.5/2-c"), it is necessary to process the personal data of the parties to the contract ("art.5/2-b"), and it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract ("art.5/2-c"). /2-c), it is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation ("art.5/2-ç"), data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right ("art.5/2-e") or data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject ("art.5/2-f).

        4. CLARIFICATION TEXT

        4.1. Personal Datas to be Processed:Name, surname, residence address (province/district), e-mail address, personal data contained in the resume filled out by the candidate.

        4.2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data: Personal data will be processed for the purpose of conducting employee candidate placement, application, communication processes and planning human resources processes.

        In addition, the information you provide may be processed for the follow-up and execution of legal affairs.

        4.3. Transfer Recipient Groups and Purpose of Transfer:

        The information you have submitted in your applications through our website is stored on mail servers in order to ensure business continuity, and may also be transferred to the real/legal person from whom we receive human resources support for the planning of human resources processes.

        In addition, although it is not transferred under normal conditions, your information you have submitted may be transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations and third parties operating in the legal field in order to follow up and carry out legal affairs if it comes to the agenda.

        Such transfers are not subject to your explicit consent. However, if you provide us with data whose processing is subject to your explicit consent, this data may also be transferred to third parties specified above for the purpose of transfer.

        4.4. Method of Obtaining Personal Data and Legal Reason: We obtain personal data digitally from candidates through the job application tab on our website and by telephone from the person whose information is included as a reference if specified in the resume.

        The transmitted identity, contact, professional experience and personal information are processed without seeking the explicit consent of the data subject due to "Data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject (Art. 5/2-f of the LPPD)" and "Data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right (Art. 5/2-e of the PPDL)".

        For reference information, the explicit consent of the third parties you report as references is required. At the same time, if the reference information is transmitted, information on basic work compatibility can be obtained from the persons specified as references about the candidate.

        4.5. Your Rights under Law No. 6698: You may exercise your rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 by applying to us in accordance with the Notification on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.

        5. IMPORTANT NOTES

        5.1. Please read this clarification text before making your job application.

        5.2. Please do not provide us with information and documents that are not relevant to the position you are applying for, and special information such as health, criminal record, association, foundation or union membership. Otherwise, we will not be responsible for the preservation of this data.

        5.3. Before transmitting the information of a third person other than yourself to us, inform this person and obtain his/her consent.
