    İlker Savaşkurt'un yönettiği Damat Koğuşu, tecavüz suçlularının bulunduğu koğuşa yeni getirilen Yusuf'un hikâyesi üzerinden cezaevlerindeki yasa dışı adalet sağlama düzenini irdeliyor.

    "Damat Koğuşu", tecavüz suçlularının bulunduğu koğuşlara verilen isimdir. Bu koğuşlarda, yargının adaletine inanmayanlar, kendi yasa dışı "adalet"ini kurar. Bu acımasız sistem içinde, "ceza" bir gelenek, "infaz" ise kaçınılmazdır. Taciz, tecavüz, çocuk istismarı gibi suçları kesinleşmiş olanların, cinayet suçlusu gözü pek mahkumlarla aynı yerde tutulduğu, korku ve dehşetin, işkencenin ve acının her an yaşandığı bu yerde "merhamete" yer yoktur . Damat koğuşlarının, Türkiye'de yaşanmış gerçek öykülerinden ilham alınan filmde, tecavüz suçlamasıyla koğuşa getirilen bir gencin (Yusuf) ekseninde, bu koğuşta gerçekleşen olaylar anlatılmaktadır. Kimin masum, kimin suçlu olduğunun adım adım anlaşıldığı hikayede, içeride yaşanan şiddet tüm gerçekliğiyle aktarılır.
