        Sevgili Komşum, bir apartmanda yaşanan birbirinden ilginç olayları konu ediyor.  Herkes tarafından sevilen bir kapıcı, mutlu bir evliliğe sahip bir çift, mahallelinin kedilerinin sevgilisi yaşlı teyze ve meraklı komşular. Günlerden bir gün genç bir kadının hastaneye kaldırılması ve ardından bir başka kadının taşınması apartmanın hareketlenmesine neden olur. Yeni komşu sığınma evinden gelen genç bir kadındır. Sıkıntılı bir geçmişe sahip olan kadın, yeni erkek arkadaşı ile birlikte hayatında yeni bir başlangıç yapar. Şale Apartmanı’na taşınarak hayatına birçok insanı katan kadın gerçekte kime güvenmelidir?
