    Kumara ve at yarışına olan tutkusu nedeniyle hayatta dikiş tutturamayan Sami’nin son uzatmalı sevgilisi, şöhret olmanın hayalini kuran otuzlu yaşlardaki Meloş’tur. Gelirinden fazlasını harcayan Sami, çevresindeki insanlara sürekli borçlanır. Onlardan biri de gayrimeşru yoldan zengin olan Bekir’dir. Bekir, Sami’den parasını almak için sağ kolu Latif’i görevlendirir. Sami türlü kurnazlıklarla bir süre kaçmayı başarsa da sonunda yakalanır. Parasını geri ödemesi için Sami’ye süre tanıyan Bekir, süre dolana kadar borcunu ödememesi karşılığında ceza olarak Sami’nin erkeklik organı kesilerek ünnet edilecektir. Sami, borcunu ödeyip kendisine verilecek cezadan kurtulabilecek midir?
