        İki öğrencinin evlerinin kirasını ödemek için buldukları evin odasını hayat kadınına kiralama fikriyle çıkılmaz bir yalan örgüsünün içinde kalırlar. Üst katlarında oturan ev sahipleri ve kızları da bu yalanın içine dahil olunca işler iyice çıkılmaz bir hal alır.  Kirayı ödemek derdi üstüne parlak fikirlerinin örtbası zor duruma sokar. İki arkadaş bu yalan dolanın arasında nefes almaya çalışırken yaşadıkları seyirciyi gülümseten bir çıkmaza götürür.
