Company Rules:

The duration of the event is 40 minutes. There is no intermission.
All age groups are subject to a ticket.
Suitable for ages 3 and up.
Audience under 6 years old must attend with their parents.
The participant allows his/her image and voice to be recorded within the scope of the general video recording and live broadcasting works carried out in all parts of the screening area, including the stage, audience seats during the event, and agrees that the relevant organizer or producer is authorized to use these recordings freely.
The participant agrees that while answering the questions posed by the presenter at any moment of the interactive show, his/her image may be projected on the screen or screen in the hall and his/her voice may be announced to the hall through the microphone.
The producer company has the right to refuse entry to the event venue to anyone it deems unsuitable who disturbs/will disturb other guests, provided that the ticket price for the event is refunded.
The production company reserves the right to change the venue, time and ticket prices.

No spectators will be allowed in the hall after the event starts. It is forbidden to bring cameras, cameras, sound devices, etc. into the event venue.

General Rules:

- Tickets that are not used on the day and time of the event are invalid and it is not possible to refund and/or change the ticket price and service fee. Tickets that are not used on the day and time cannot be requested from Biletinial for refund.
- If your ticket cannot be used for any reason other than force majeure or cancellation of the event, we kindly ask you to contact Biletinial at least 48 hours before the event time, otherwise your ticket cannot be canceled.
- The organizing institutions and/or organizations have the right to make changes in the seating arrangement and plan in the areas and/or concert halls where the concert will be held.
- The user agrees that the tickets purchased through Biletinial comply with the age limit rules applicable to the event. For age limits, it will be mandatory to present ID at the event venue for the ticket purchased.
- If there is a discounted ticket definition for the event and a ticket is purchased with the discounted ticket option, the User agrees and undertakes that he/she is subject to this discounted ticket. For discounted tickets, it will be mandatory to present the identity card at the event venue.
- In case of late arrival at the event time, Biletinial is not responsible in any way for taking the user to the event venue.
