The Fire of Anatolia continues to burn!

The basic concept of the Fire of Anatolia is the meeting of civilizations. It is a dance portrait that aims to bring together eastern and western cultures and gives universal messages of peace. By synthesizing folk dances with ballet, modern dance and other disciplines of dance, it offers the world a show of modern standards, a cultural feast. The Fire of Anatolia, which takes its source from the thousands of years of mythological and cultural history of Anatolia, is an original project that includes 3000 folk dance figures and folk music compiled from almost every region. The project, signed by Mustafa Erdoğan, aims to introduce the fire of Anatolia's thousands of years of culture and history mosaic blended with peace to the whole world.

In 1999, Mustafa Erdoğan took the first step towards realizing a dream that had been years in the making, and started the project, formerly known as Sultan's of the Dance. First, "dancers wanted" advertisements were placed in newspapers. 90 young people were selected among 750 candidates and a year and a half of hard work began. Work lasted 8, sometimes 16 hours a day... Costumes were prepared, music was finalized. They worked with aesthetic exercise, dietician and massage specialists. Stretch and yoga were practiced. The work focused on folk dance steps, ballet and modern dance. The dancers took theoretical courses on the notation of Anatolian rhythms.
The show was scheduled to take the stage on May 3, 2001 for 3-4 performances and then to be staged abroad, but due to the fact that the tickets were sold out months ago, it was decided to extend the program in Turkey. Starting its world tour in 2002, Fire of Anatolia has been seen by more than 47 million art lovers in 106 countries (many countries have been visited many times) with more than 5000 performances. With its international tours and promotional activities to date, Fire of Anatolia is one of the world's leading dance troupes and is the most magnificent project that reaches the universe with the power of our national culture. The troupe took the stage at Eurovision 2004-Universiade 2005 in the major organizations of our country and was followed with interest by the world press. The group has performed in the most important centers of the world such as Madison Square Garden in New York, Chicago Theater in Chicago, Bercy in France, the Chinese People's Parliament Building in China, the Kremlin Palace in Moscow, the historic Muhammad Ali Mosque and in front of the Pyramids in Egypt, and received standing ovations from the leaders of countries, including presidents, prime ministers and kings.
Since 2001, the Fire of Anatolia has performed in Israel, Germany, China, the Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Cyprus, Japan, Austria, Qatar, Lebanon, Russia, Azerbaijan, Jordan, Siberia, Romania, Bulgaria, Egypt, France, America, Hungary, Sarajevo, Bahrain, Malaysia, Greece, Georgia, Macedonia, Serbia, Croatia, Dubai, Slovenia, Poland, Belarus, Latvia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Crimea, New Zealand, Tunisia, Italy, Slovakia, Albania, Palestine, Spain, Portugal, Syria, England, Martinique Island-Caribbean and introduced Anatolian culture to the whole world.
