        Genç ve umutsuz bir oyuncu olan Muhsin, ünlü tiyatro yönetmeni Afet’in açtığı oyuncu seçmesine girme fırsatı bulur. Böylesi bir dönüm noktasında, hayatta hiçbir şeyin yolunda gitmemiş olmasının gerginliğini yaşamaktadır. Seçmelere saatinde yetişemediğinden dolayı içeri girip girmeme konusunda kararsız kalır. Herhangi bir mesleğe yeni başlayan pekçok genç için bu tür seçme veya sınavlar aslında kaybolan umutları bulma ve yeniden hayal kurabilmek için önemli bir eşiktir. Muhsin için ise bir adım ötesinde varoluş imtihanı başlayacaktır.
