Gemma Arterton
Gemma Christina Arterton (d. 2 Şubat 1986), İngiliz aktris. Gemma Arterton D'Urbervilles Thomas Hardy Tess of BBC uyarlamasında Eponymous kahramanını oynadı ve St Trinian's, Clash of the Titans, Pers Prensi: Zamanın Kumları, James Bond filmi olan Quantum of Solace, Sands of Time ve Tamara Drewe gibi uzun metrajlı filmlerde oynadı. Daha sonra Rising Star kategorisinde BAFTA Ödülüne aday olduğu açıklandı.
Gemma Arterton, Gravesend, Kent'de doğmuştur. Anne tarafından kuzeni müzisyen Wreckless Eric olmakla beraber anne tarafından büyük büyük büyükannesi Alman Yahudisi bir konser kemancısıdır. Arterton'un anne ve babası beş yaşındayken boşandı ve babası 1996 yılında başkasıyla evlendi. Arterton bir ara makyaj tezgahtarı olarak çalıştı.
