Jessica Anne Rothenberg, kısaca Jessica Rothe, Amerikalı aktris. Ölüm Günün Kutlu Olsun filmindeki Tree rolüyle tanınmaktadır.
Susan ve Steve Rothenberg çiftinin çocuğu olan oyuncu, Denver'da doğdu. Boston Üniversitesi'nde Güzel Sanatlar Bölümü'nden 2009'da mezun oldu. Mezuniyetinin ardından birçok film ve dizide küçük roller aldı.
2016'da Mary + Jane adlı televizyonda dizisinde Paige adlı başrol karakterini canlandırdı. 2016'da birçok ödül kazanan Aşıklar Şehri (La La Land) filminde Emma Stone'un başarıyla canlandırdığı Mia karakterinin ev arkadaşlarından Alexis rolüyle dikkat çekti. 2017'de gösterime giren Ölüm Günün Kutlu Olsun (Happy Death Day) adlı gerilim-korku filminde, katilini bulana dek her gün tekrar tekrar öldürülmeye mahkum olan Tree rolüyle daha önemli bir hayran kitlesine kavuştu.
