Ulrich Tukur (doğum adı: Ulrich Gerhard Scheurlen; d. 29 Temmuz 1957), Alman aktör ve müzisyen.
Tukur, 29 Temmuz 1957'de Viernheim, Hessen, Batı Almanya'da doğdu. Tübingen, Almanya'daki Tübingen Üniversitesi'nde tarih eğitimi alarak mezun oldu. 1983'te oyunculuğa adım attı. Yer aldığı yapımlar arasında; Solaris (2002), Amen. (2002), The Lives of Others (2006), John Rabe (2009) ve Meeresleuchten (2021) sayılabilir.
